The descriptions and picture representations in this web site resemble the actual product as closely as possible.  However, because of continued efforts to improve the merchandise, changes are unavoidable and specifications will sometimes vary.  If tolerances or dimensions are critical, please mention this upon order.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Prices will be updated with the latest available pricing.  However, due to market fluctuations, prices may change without notice.  You may request quotations to be confirmed before shipping.

Return Policies

• All products should be free of defects in material and workmanship and perform the work for which they were designed.  If upon examination or first use, the product is found to be defective, contact us with details.  Items which have been abused or used for work for which they were not intended will not be replaced or credited.

• All merchandise to be returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return.  Obtain a RMA

• No returns or exchanges after 14 days from purchase.

• 15% restocking fee will be applied on ALL returned merchandise.

• We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Warranty

• All warranty registration cards must be completed and returned to address on card.

• Items needing warranty repair should be returned to address given in warranty registration.

• You will need to send a copy of your original invoice with an explanation of the problem.

We are currently updating product descriptions, and Item descriptions. We are trying to be as accurate as possible. There may be some errors please check with us to make sure the item you are purchasing is what you desire. 

The products in this web page were selected for use by technicians and craftsmen in professional repair and maintenance shops, laboratories, and manufacturing facilities.  Some of these products may be considered hazardous if used, stored, or disposed of improperly.  These products are intended for professionals and Federal Law prohibits the use of some of them in the home.  All warning labels and instructions should be followed.  You assume all responsibility for the use, handling, storage, etc. of all products.

Sales Tax will be added to all orders placed or shipped in the State of Texas. Sales Tax forms must be on file and current to eliminate this charge. (Not all items are Tax Exempt)                                 We Thank You for your understanding on this matter.
